How I met my best friend

- The 2 boys mostly stayed to themselves but the only girl I saw was already talking my ear off and I adored it. She told me her name is Regine, her voice is kinda deep and she has the energy of a cat at 3 in the morning. We both enjoy literally all the same things so we could talk for hours on end.

- From then on we were inseparable unless they changed our classes with each other, the whole school knew we were besties. After 7th grade we both didn't need an IEP anymore which felt like a breath of fresh air.I had to move away in 8th grade but Regina and I are still Best friends. If it wasn't for her I’d be so miserable in that class.

- She had her rough times before meeting me as well and the way she treated me when we first met I had no clue. She would and still try to make me smile or laugh when I'm feeling down and vice versa. I hate that I had to repeat a grade, or telling people I just met that I failed 2nd grade, or I had an IEP, but if i didnt i wouldnt have found my best friend in the whole world.
