- Event of June 17, 2030
- Peter shoots a web at the goblins glider blowing it killing the Green Goblin
- Peter Parker is having nightmares about a past tragedy in his life

- Peter goes to where Otto lands
- The explosion kills Dock Ock so Peter saves the day again but it cost him his life so Spider-Man is officially dead
