  • Friendships and who you hang out with are an important part of social wellness. It's important to surround yourself with kind people who will listen when you need it.
  • Have YOU Achieved Total Wellness?
  • what even is total wellness??
  • Stress Relief
  • One way to manage stress is to tell yourself it will pass and you'll be okay. Another is to focus on what matters. You can also make sure your priorities are in the right place. For example if you need to study for a big test but you also have to practice cello, study for your test first. Lastly create a plan to help manage you time. The most important things go first but you should also do things you enjoy.
  • Total Wellness Total Wellness is having social, emotional/mental, and physical wellness. Emotional/mental wellness is how you think, act, and feel. Social wellness is about how you interact with other people. And physical wellness is how you take care of your body. This is not just exercise though. Yes, it is partially exercise but its also how you eat and hygiene.

  • Which is the SMART goal?
  • When setting a goal you want to make sure it follows all components of SMART. For S, does your goal have a specific area of improvement. Next is measurable, are you able to measure your success. Then A, is your goal able to be achieved? R is next, is it realistic to think you can complete your goal? Lastly T, when would you achieve it?

  • If you said the second one you are correct. That goal is measurable, specific, realistic, achievable, and has a set time.
  • PHYSICAL WELLNESS
  • There are three types of training. Cardiovascular is first, it is your bodies ability to get oxygen and blood to the muscles. Running is a good example of this.
  • Resistance training is meant to help strengthen muscle by targeting certain muscles with an external resistance such as lifting weights. Last is flexibility, which us the ability to move a joint through its full range of motion.
