- We need this land to raise our children the true native way
- The natives viewed land as their home. Where they grew up and were raising more. They didn;t want that to change. The americans saw it as more. More land to control and claim. In a way to build their empire bigger and stronger. The americans always won this battle. Which then lead to the trail of tears.
- Reservation Life Today for Native Americans
- I wish my people would conect to thereancestors... and quit taking part of the devils work
- The trail of tears was a sad and horrible thing. Natives were forced out of their land and sent to reservations. American soliders stayed with them the entire way to make sure they left. Woman carried baby's and the old had to keep up. People evern died on these trips and would be burried along the way.
- The Middle Passage
- Keep moving! Or your going overbored
- The natives wanted to keep their land and they way they did things the same. Then you have these americans coming and telling you uou need to leave. The americans saw the land as a way to gain more and there was people that didn't belong. Where as the natives just wanted to keep their ways and grow their tribe. Today natives still are not wanting to change.

- The natives were pushed out of their land and moved to reservations. The res can be a beautiful in sight. But, people who live here often go down bad paths. It could be drugs, drinking or something else. Most people don't like raising kids on the Reservation. Some Reservations and stuck back in old ways and haven't evolved with the world yet.
- Slaves were put on ships and taken across the Atlantic and sold to the Americas and Carribean. This trip was called the middle passage. The slave were treated horrible and put in awful conditions. Most of the slaves that started the passage never finished it. The biggest cause of death was the dicese the slaves got on the trip
- Im so scared
- In the the 18OO's African americans had to work the fields on the plantations. Even children had to particapate in the work load. These people were slaves and had no choice if they wanted to work or not. These people were thought as of product not people. The worst part I think is that they worked in lots of cloths to avoid the sun.
