  • Relent, dear Hermia. Lysander, yield your misguided claim in respect for my rightful authority.
  • Theseus, I stand before you infuriated with my daughter Hermia. She defies my wishes, refusing to marry the respectable Demetrius. Instead, she's been misled by Lysander, who is unworthy of her.
