That's odd. Why would there be a charge if you haven't spent any money recently?
Yes. So this email is definitely a phishing scam.
It's an email from my bank
It's says there was a large charge on my card
Ok I will just ignore it then.
Somebody gets phished every 20 seconds everyday. In 2020 around 241,342 were scammed. Also, 92,371 of those people were elderly.

Aren't banks supposed to have ".BANK" at the end of their emails?

Many people get scammed by email, the phishers usually claim to be banks, corporate business's, or close friends. They scam to try to get peoples passwords, social security numbers and account numbers so they can sell the info for profit.
They said they need to restart my card because of an email going out that is stealing info.
