- Yesterday on September 11, 2001, a flagrant and abject atrocity wascommitted.
- Two hijacked planes razed the Twin Towers, and, despite the dire situation, firefighters rushed towards the blaze that wreaked turmoil.
- A third plane was redirected to the Pentagon and crashed. Screams were muted by the explosion.
- The fourth and final plane was thought to be headed towards the White House, but, instead of languishing, the elite passengers sent the plane to a field in Pennsylvania.
- The president announced his plan to invade Afghanistan to launch a reprisal on the attackers. They are said to have had a foreign dialect.
- September 11, 2001 will forever be commemorated as a national tragedy. Those who remember advocate for Americans to enhance their unity.
