She arrived at her classroom beaming with excitement and confidence. The classroom was filled with talented artists. Artists with different abilities.
Resolution
My insecurities are holding me back!!
When the class started, Mina was overwhelmed. Everyone around her was so good at drawing that she started to feel insecure. She felt like her talent and hard work weren’t on par with her classmates.
Theme
She felt inferior, and instead of excitement, she felt insecure whenever she enters her art class. That feeling lasted for a while. She started to lose motivation and she wasn’t making any progress.
Mina remembered why she entered art school in the first place. She wanted to improve, not to compete. Until then, she started to feel the same excitement she felt when she first held a paintbrush.
Moral of the story: Do not use your problems as an anchor that will keep you in place and prevent you from moving forward. Instead, use them to your advantage. Use them as a motivation and inspiration to improve.
