- You have control over internal factors such as the employees you hire, your finances and resources, and so on.
- What about the things that I cannot control?
- You have no control over external factors such as the economy, government policies,
- people's tastes and preferences, trends, or even competition with other businesses.
- Oh my, there's a lot. Would that be a disadvantage to the business?
- Even if you have no control over these factors, that does not mean they are a disadvantage to the business. 
- All you have to do is respond to them by constantly studying and adapting your business to these factors.
- But first, Hinata, what kind of business are you planning to start?

- Kenma, speaking of trade, you also sell your products internationally, right? 
- I'd like to start my own trade business, you know, where I could sell my products to people in other countries.
