- The narrator (Left) lived with an old man (right) and the narrator would even say that he loved the old man, but there was something about the old man that bothered the narrator.
- Climax
- The narrator always went mad when he would see the old mans's "vulture eye." Which would make him take insane actions
- Falling Action
- For the past few days, the narrator has gone to the old man's room and waited for the best moment to strike at the old man.
- Resolution
- On one night the old man heard a noise and woke up which made him suspicious. The next night the narrator heard the beating of the old mans heart and that made go crazy so he killed the old man.
- The narrator hides the old man's body in the floorboards,and then a knock at the door shows three officers at the door.
- The narrator was very calm at the calm at the start, but the guilt got to him and he went crazy and confessed himself to the officers.
