- The Governor of New England is taking bribes from people. This should go in the newspaper!!
- This is John Peter Zenger at his house writing the newspaper
- John is getting arrested in the town.
- OH NOOOOOOOO!
- John Peter Zenger you are being arrested on the account of criticizing the governor.
- Johns attorney saying that he agrees with him/ that the governor is doing the wrong things.
- Can someone help me get out of here? I need a lawyer! Why am I in here if I did nothing wrong?
- I'll be your lawyer, I don't think that you did anything wrong John.

- John Peter Zenger is on trial for criticizing the Governor.He said that the governor was taking bribes
- But people should be able to say what they feel.
- John won the trial and is a free man
