  • Im in charge here, make sure your on your best behavior executive branch.
  • Executive
  • i come with great news! a new law for the safety of the people has been made!
  • Judicial
  • allow me to explain this better!
  • please do!
  • good example: the legislative branch is the strongest among the 3 branches. With the legislative branch being the big bro that they are, They have the power to override a president's decision, stop laws from being passed, and basically control all decisions the governments makes. this is great for a government made to serve the people, the legislative branch is able to keep the executive branch from being too powerful.
  • Legislative
  • is that a plane or just a cloud shaped like a plane?
  • A good example: the executive branch has the power to pardon individuals, appoint judges and a cabinet, veto congressional bills, and give executive orders. this is good because America's leader ( the president ) and his right hand helper ( the vice president ) make laws and enforce them. several other important people take part in this such as the Cabinet, executive departments, independent agencies, and a few others. this has to be a majority vote to proceed with the law at hand.
  • Executive
  • ME!
  • uhh who is in charge hear?
  • good example: the Judicial branch is the one who makes all is well and ends well. It is in charge of deciding the meaning of laws, how to apply them to real situations, and whether a law breaks the rules of the Constitution. basically, the judicial will help explain how the laws are applied, as well as make sure the law itself does not break the rules of the constitution.
  • Judicial
  • anyways.
  • Bad example: while the legislative branch is the big bro of the 3 and holds the most power, it does not hold all power. most actions taken by this branch are slow and long. and does not have a say in everything that either branch does. it has a bit of a tunnel version itself, it only looks at problems brought by the constitutes. and it can object to a rule going through the legislative process, but cannot stop it. it may also review existing rules, but is limited to making recommendations to the governer or having changes passed by the gerneral assembly to fix it.
  • listen to us more!
  • Bad example: this branch has a lot of say in a lot of things, while this could be good. this can also be bad, first off, there is no clear leader for the county. they are also less efficient, and have more diffusion of authority and responsibility. and lastly they increases the number and cost of officials to oversee and operate a small budget.
  • Bad example: the judicial branch is really just a translator for the other branches. the judicial branch can interpret laws but cannot make them. It is also considered the weakest of the three branches by many because it cannot ensure that its decisions are enforced.
  • umm can i have a say in this?
