- Morning
- I got a boy who is sleeping in the living room
- Before Walter went to work
- She can always take a few thousand and help you through school
- I have never asked anyone around here to do anything for me!
- Ruth is pregnant!
- I sure hope its a girl!
- your pregnant!
- In this scene Walter is mad at Ruth because they don't have money and she wouldn't give him 50 cents. "I been married eleven years and I got a boy who sleeps in the living room and all I got to give him is stories about how rich white people live."      
- Here he comes
- Assimilation is so popular in your country 
- Travis, you go on out and play now
- In this scene Walter and Beneatha are fighting. Walter is saying that Beneatha can take money for school and that makes her mad because she never ask for anything. 
- The check came in
- Ten thousand dollars they give you
- Grandma is now rich, why is she upset
- Momma and Beneatha find out that Ruth is pregnant and start overflowing with questions. Momma hopes it is a girl but ruth doesn't know what to do.
- Baby decision
- I think Ruth is thinking bout getting rid of that child
- Ruth would not do that!
- Asagai is in town and sees Beneatha. She is so happy to see him. He starts to kind of critic her and her country.
- The check comes in the mail. Travis is so exited because they are rich now. Grandma is sad because it brings back memories. Ruth is just trying to be there for grandma.
- Walter find out about the baby. Ruth doesn't know what to do for the baby. She may give it away. Grandma tells Walter she may give it away but he doesn't believe her.
