- hey thomas, have you heard the news? Everyone in Boston is talking about the tea ships in the harbor
- oh yeah I heard about that, the Dartmouth Eleanor, and beaver all just sitting there with king george's taxed tea. people were really upset about this tea act since we're being taxed without a say in parliament.
- I mean "no taxation without representation", my father says Samuel Adams and the sons of liberty are planning something tonight
- maybe we should check it out

- oh hey you made it, on my way here I seen some of the men painting their faces and dressing as indians so that the British wouldn't know who they are
- are they really going to dump the tea into the harbor? I feel like that could be really risky and idk I just feel like something bad might happen, like what if the british find out what they did
- yes its risky but its necessary. they say its the only way to show the british that we wont be putting up with their unfair laws and taxes, I even hear Paul Revere is here helping organize the whole thing

- hey look, they're dumping the tea now! there's so many people here on the ships, this is the turning point for sure, were going to see some serious changes with how things are going.
- the british will to be so upset when they find out
- they deffently will be furious but its all worth it, even if the shut down the port or send more soldiers here, but tonight we will make history. this is one step closer to getting the colonies together and gaining our independence from great britain
