  • 9pm
  • Makes sense, I’ll be ready then. I hope I see Tommy…
  • Okay, so I’m good to be the designated driver, but my parents said that if I use their car I need to be home by midnight.
  • 10:30pm
  • How much have you had to drink, Lily?
  • I don’t know, only a couple of beers. I heard someone snuck in some vodka, so I’m gonna go take a few shots. See you!
  • 11:30pm
  • It's getting late - where did Meg go?
  • Lily is really drunk, I need to get her home. Where's Meg? We should be leaving now if I want to drop everyone off and get back home by 12pm.
  • I think I-gh saw her go-rh upstairsh with Tommy.
  • I can take Lily home, and get back to my own house by curfew. I really want Lily to be okay, she's had so much to drink. I'm sure Meg will be okay because she knows Tommy and is at his house.
  • pro: I avoid getting in trouble with my parentscon: I won't know if Meg is okay, and I'd be abandoning my friend.
  • pro: I make sure that Meg is safecon: I'd get in trouble with my parents, because I couldn't explain it to them without telling them about the party
  • I can stay and look for Meg upstairs, that way I can take both of my friends home and make sure they're safe.
  • pro: I make sure everyone is safe, but don't make my parents worry when I'm home late. con: I'll get in trouble for being at a party and not managing my time responsibly
  • I could call my parents to explain the situation and why I'll be home late. Then I can find Meg and take her and Lily home afterwards.
