- After Queen Elizabeth dies in (1630) James I takes over and creates conflict with parliament. James I believed in the king of rights.
- Cromwell sets up military dictatorship. Cromwell dies because of the english army to restore monarchy (charles II)
- James the first was beheaded then Charles I became the king. Charles I ignored the patition of power= the civil war begins with parliament.
- Charles II became king but Charles ll the second did not believe in the rights of the king so then did not threaten parliament.
- James ll became king after his brother dies (Charles ll) James was openly catholic witch worried parliament. He has a so witch feared the people of a catholic king again so then parliament invites William of Orange to rule.
- William Of Orange attacked and won. James ll had little support soldiers flee to France and the revolution ends with little blood shed. William and Mary was offered The throne and helped create the bill of rights.
