The Great Picnic Surprise

in a busy town, there was a kind girl named Lily.She loved playing in the park and having fun with her friends
Glisser: 3
One day, the town was excited about a big picnic at the park. Everyone was invited and each person was asked to bring something to share.
Glisser: 4
Lily decided to bring her favourite treat. Homemade sandwiches. Her mom helped her prepare a basket full of fresh sandwiches.

When Lily arrived at the park, she saw a huge crowd. Families, friends, and even strangers were all gathered together

As the day went on, Lily noticed something surprising. Many people had forgotten to bring food for the picnic!

The mayor began to worry about the lack of food. They whispered to each other, unsure of what to do next.
Glisser: 8
Lily overheard their conversation and quickly ran over. "Excuse me," she said, holding up her basket. "I have some sandwiches”
Glisser: 9
The mayor smiled at Lily and took the basket from her. "Thank you, Lily! Let’s see what we can do with these sandwiches."
Glisser: 10
The mayor placed Lily’s basket on the ground. He announced to everyone, "Lily has brought sandwiches to share!"

People lined up to take a sandwich, but something amazing happened. Each time someone took a sandwich, there were still more in the basket!
Glisser: 12
The whole town was sharing and enjoying the feast together. Lily watched as everyone smiled and laughed, having a wonderful time.
Glisser: 13
The mayor stood up and spoke to the crowd. "Today, we’ve seen how sharing can create something wonderful."

He continued, Lily felt proud, knowing her small offering had helped in a big way.

As the sun began to set, the picnic continued with games and stories. People shared more than just food—they shared joy and memories too.

Lily’s simple act of sharing became a legend in the town.

Children learned the story and were inspired to share with others.

And so, "The Great Picnic Surprise" became a cherished memory. A reminder that sharing, no matter how small, can lead to great things.
