- Person vs. Self - The dialouge/thought shows how Cole's rage, or thought process, controlled him and made him burn down his shelter. This is person vs. self because he is having an inner conflict with himself about being on the island.
- He would rather die than spend a single night in their dumb hut playing their stupid game...Rage controlled Cole's hand as he drew back, paused for a split second... (Mikaelsen, 27, 28)
