- I am stuck now - I still see almost same amount pending as principal even after 12 years. I did not want to take this loan in the first place. He first wanted 1 BHK. Due to interest rebate he proposed that I take the loan so that we can just manage to buy the 2 BHK

- That is because you signed up for floating rate interest which fluctuates for all loans
- Why is the principal practically still the same?
