  • It's 6:30 AM on a school morning. For breakfast I'll eat oatmeal with fruit on top. For my drink i will have water.
  • Volleyball game day
  • This meal contains fruit and carbohydrates supply energy to the body
  • At 10:00AM i'll have a snack. For my snack i'll have trail mix and water throughout the day. The trail mix contains proteins (NTP). It also contains healthy fat. but the most important nutrient is the protein
  • Pre game meal:For lunch i'll have a chicken salad. It has protein from the chicken and vegetables. The most important nutrient is the protein. For my drink i will keep drinking water.
  • At 3:00 PM Before my game i with drink gatorade and a protein bar. The gatorade gives electrolytes and the protein bar gives NTP. I need NTP because i need protein before my game
  • 4:00 PM game time!
  • After my game i need to re fuel my body. At 7:00 PM i eat dinner. I will have chicken, brown rice, and broccoli. NTP carbohydrates are good for after my game because i need to digest them quickly. It also gives protein to help my tissues and body cells
