- Newton's first law of motion states that a body remains in the state of rest or uniform motion in a straight line unless and until an external force acts on it.
- Newton's Second law of Motion states that Force is equal to the rate of change of momentum. For a constant mass, force equals mass times acceleration.
- Newton's Third law of Motion states that When one body exerts a force on the other body, the first body experiences a force which is equal in magnitude in the opposite direction of the force which is exerted. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction
