- Helen snake out of the house after her sisters death to see Holmes.
- It was sad after Julia death they remanded they hear the whistle.
- Snuck out of the house from Dr.Roylotthouse beforesisters death.
- Dr. Roylott has wild animals in the house so the girls would lock their doors every night to protect themselves.
- There was a bell and aair ventin Julia 's room that is a trick because it allowed the snake to come through the wall.
- Holmes and Dr. Watson stay in Julia's room to see what Helen has been hearing at night. They realize that Dr. Roylott is dead because Holmes attacked the snake which caused the snake to go back into Roylott's room and betray him.
