- Speaking of video games, have you heard of the company called Spotlight Games? They are filing for an IPO tomorrow.
- Sure! An IPO is when a private company first sells its shares to the public. It's a great way to make some money; especially when people are excited.

- I think you just bought it at the wrong time. I made over 1 million dollars and I'm headed to the dealership to buy myself a new car.

- IPO's could be very risky if you don't know what you are doing. It's important to do research about the company before buying shares of it.
