- The Capital of Pheblos, Tyflos
- There are two classification of people who live in the city "Normal" and "Mythical" or "Abnormal". There are a lot of discrimination from normals to abnormal. and to further this they are made to ware full body coverings at all times by the kings law.
- The king himself was partial to this discrimination stroking the fires of mistrust in his kingdom with taxes and laws aimed at the discriminated people of his lands.
- Riots, lynchings and over all abuse befell the abnormals.
- One night a figure was crossing the kingdom through the back streets.
- The figure encountered a Abnormal about to assault a Normal teen.
