  • Hello, I am Jim, and here is my good friend Kim. I like to make my life easier with ergonomics, and the proper workstation. Kim is just simply lazy. Let's see what will happen!
  • As you can see, I am sitting in a 5 caster chair, with a rounded front, adjusted height, and good Lumbar support. Meanwhile Kim is using a chair way too tall with no support.
  • One week after, Kim is suffering from back injuries, and I am completely fine. Probably I was just using the Proper chair.
  • Proper posture is something I have. My elbows at 90 degree angle, shoulders relaxed and my sitting back are all signs of good posture. Kim decides to slouch, keep elbows at different angles and stay tense.
  • Every once in a while, I like to walk around the office, so I don't become stiff, because I perform repetitive tasks, like Kim. Also, this improves my eyesight as I am not staring at a screen. Kim is still on his computer, hasn't moves since he arrived. I wonder what will happen to him.
  • After 2 weeks since we began, I ham happy healthy, and whole, as I made my workplace comfortable. The same can't be said for Kim. He has a whole lot of repetitive strain injuries, because he has been staying in the same position for too long.
