I could go on stage and talk about the negativity of ignoring mental health, plus the benefits if we cared about it.
What could I do to promote and spread awareness about mental health? Oh I know!!
I can also advertise online to take care of their mental health, or help them with what they're going through also.
On this stage I want to talk about mental health and I want people to spread awareness that this is real and very important..
I'm gonna start by saying mental health is very crucial to what we are as a person..
And if we don't treat them right, they could do dangerous things not only to themselves but also to others which is very bad..
Not only that but even if they don't do these things, they could get mental disorders/trauma from events that shouldn't reallyhave occured..
And lastly, we should appreciate them even though they're going through something as well as giving them the right medication for their sickness.
