  • He seems like a criminal and is suspicious I should call 911
  • He seems nice, must be getting some fresh air
  • Why do I always have conflicting thoughts about something and they been happening more frequently. It's probably normal and shouldn't be taken to seriously.

  • I don't normally think like this what's happening to thoughts it's like its not me thinking.
  • He was a nice guy I feel bad for thinking he was someone dangerous I feel uncomfortable with myself for thinking that.
  • I'm going to get help with this I'll book a therapist appointment for tomorrow.

  • He seems to be sincere and psychotherapy seems to be enough to help him with these thoughts and there doesn't seem to be any underlining personality or depressive disorders i'll keep talking to him to see if I can help him overcome this without anything else or if anything pops up.
  • I'm having these thoughts about people when I see them and I feel guilty about it after. It's always like I have a conflicting thought with my original thought that goes completely what I first thought and it's making me worried.

  • You've been experiencing cognitive dissonance it's normal to be feeling guilty after having such thoughts and is completely normal for having such feelings as they go agaisnt your beliefs and your normal thoughts and actions.
