- I thought you were cleaning those rooms
- I assumed that was your responsibility.
- Mel did not clean the rooms or resupply them.
- Tina and Mel are having a disagreement on who is responsible for cleaning the rooms.

- Why are we arguing? Why are my rooms not ready. Our patients are waiting.
- No ma'am, Tina was supposed to clean the rooms.
- The provider notices the room was not ready. Both clinicians blamed each other
- Glisser: 3
- You are always blaming me. I feel like this is personal
- You never communicate anything
- The conflict started out as a content conflict and turned into a relationship conflict due to personal frustration
- Glisser: 4
- with that being said this was a communication breakdown instead of a lack of teamwork
- I did not understand the schedule there was no one to confirm it
- I thought Mel had todays schedule
- When Tina and Mel listened and understood each others perspective, they were able to identify the problem.

- Why don't we review or task and daily duties at the beginning of each shift daily.

- The clinicians worked together to form a bond, create a work plan and understand their daily expectations

- tomorrow we will communicate better before we assume
- The clinician prepared the room together. All conflicts were handled by working a team and communicating with each other
- Glisser: 7
- It is time to stop auguring back and fourth. Lets discuss this to see what happened instead of blaming each other.
- The office manager encourages both clinicians to be respectful communication and listening to each other. e

- With effective communication, there will always be a great outcome. Our practice will run smoothly. Our patients will be satisfied.
