- Odysseus dog Argus was once a great hunting dog but when Odysseus left he was abandoned and forgotten
- But finally after 20 years the old dog heard what he thinks is his master
- He tries to get upp and wag his tail but he is to old and weak
- And then he sees Odysseus once again after 20 years
- He tries to go to Odysseus but he is to weak and then Odysseus notices but pretends he didnt see anything to hold back tears
- So at last he died peacefully and the last thing he saw was his beloved owner
