- Rodriguez sits in a chair in his apartment , glass in hand and a phone to his side he sits looking outside of the window overlooking the streets smoke fly's about within the room and Light Jazz Music plays in the Background. His phone begins to ring.
- Rodriguez picks up the phone and it cuts to Captain Harridans office. he sits in his chair with a desk in front of him with a coffee and a case file placed upon the table. They share a conversation with one another as they both laugh at one another's jokes.
- Rodriguez walks around his apartment with a glass still in hand, along he begins to slowly sip the alcohol. He then stands looking out of the window with his side laying onto the side of the window.
