The year is 1996, it is July 19th at 8: 30PM in the evening.A man lies on the cold floor as blood flows from his bleeding head like a wavy river. An officer is called by a shocked woman who witnessed the crime unfold. The officer arrives but is too late to catch the murderer. This is turning out to be a very murderous mystery

I arrived to the scene at 8:30, the trip there took me 15 minutes, I can assume that the murder took place at 8PM. The corpse was also found in an alleyway that I think you should go investigate
