- David was nothing but a sheped boy who looked after his flock of sheep, he was the the son of jesse there kings servant.

- Davids brothers went to fight in the israelite / phillistine war, so he was left to protect his sheep from bears and lions. Witch gave him alot of practess with hes sling shot that he was very good with.
- One day his dad told him to go give some food to his brothers, but his brothers got angry and said he came to watch the fight but David new in his heart that he was doing the right thing so he didnt mind and brushed it off.

- David heard a huge giant of a man called Goliath from the phillistine side mocking there God. David was outraged by this, The giant wanted a challneger who ever won would win the war. All the israelites trembled in there boots until David stepped out and said ill fight you but the giant just laughed.

- David stepped out from the front line unarmed accept for a sling shot and some stones he picked out from the near by river. Goliath laughed at him, then swung his sword but David was quick and dodged it, he then let the stone rip it went striking Goliath right in the head knocking him out. David picked up his sword and chopped of his head and sent the Phillistines running scared.
- Run!

- David went back to there camp to the Kings tent with the head still in a bag. Then the King asked who's son he is, he replied im the son of Jesse of Bethlehem your servant.
