Great job identifying your stress. You can conquer it! Here are some things I do to relieve my stress...
I get 8-10 hours of sleep every night. My brain needs rest and so does yours!
I use a planner to record important due dates and events. This way, I'm always aware and prepared for upcoming events.
I begin my work ahead of time in a quiet, focused environment. I always strive to get things done to prevent unnecessary stress.
And, while it is important to be productive, I give myself small breaks to relax and recharge.
I also make time for exercise. Exercise helps relieve me after a stressful day.
Lastly, I ask for help. It is hard but never be afraid to as for help. There are many people around you that are willing to help you!
