  • Send in the next Two.
  • Alright, this session can't get any worse. Let's get started with you. Tell me about yourself
  • Well, I started at this job about 2 years ago. I have a wife and 2 kids back home. Just foreclosed on my house and I feel this is the next step that is beneficial in both my personal and business life.
  • Yeah, I just graduated from college and I've been on the job for around 6 months. I feel that even with the limited time I have spent here I deserve this promotion
  • Well, it seems you two are in completely different ends of the spectrum of life. Nonetheless I need know how you would adapt to to the ever changing world of business and how it would effect your roles.
  • Well, I feel I have enough experience throughout my life to adapt to anything that is thrown my way. The roles I have would stay the same but how I implement them would change .
  • I feel the opposite. I feel that with my youth comes the ability to be more flexible as I have grown through the modern changes in technology and with the focus being centered around that evolution should give me the edge.
  • Ok. With these answers that's all I need to hear. I don't have any bias but I had a feeling since the moment you walked in here that you were too old for the job. That's why I'm going with Nathan.
  • This is bull crap. You say that you don't have any bias but then say that you are biased towards younger workers. This is so messed up.
