- The bill goes to the committee to be examined and discussed to see if it will move to the next stage.
- Majority vote wins!
- If the bill passes, it goes to the president.
- The subcommittee
- We're here to review the bill.
- After they review the bill, they revise and make changes to help the bill fully become a law.
- Now, time to vote!

- Yes or no
- Approved! It is now a law!
- Rejected! It now goes back to congress.
