- There's nothing to eat.
- Run Away!
- Before the wolves arrived in 1995, the deer and elk roomed freely,
- With less trees, the water eroded at the banks and made rivers curved. This caused less fish and bears.
- Now we can swim!
- In 1995, when the wolves were reintroduced, the elk and deer population decreased.
- After, the wolves came back, the bears came back too. They grew in population because the elk could not eat all the trees and bushes.
- With the wolves, the deer ate less trees which caused the trees to hold on to the soil and there were less erosion.
- More trees means more beavers!
