- The text evidence shows what the characters are feeling;along with their expressions. The backgrounds shows where he is in the story and what is occurring in front of him. Every part of Jonas's journey connects to the hero's journey. The color was used to show how Jonas changed from before he was Receiver to after he was Receiver. Detail was used to show the story more vividly. The angles show the scenes through Jonas's perspective and other people's perspective. All these choices together show the main events that made Jonas a true hero.
