- the story takes place in a house owned by a single goat mom who is raising seven kids. it seems like the house is in the middle of nowhere. they live near the wild where animal are near by

- estsince they live in the middle of the forest there is the threat of a wolf who keeps attempting to eat them. the mother teaches the kids to not fall for his tricks but the wolf is smarter. he gets in the house and eats them all but the you
- falling action
- the mother leaves the kids alone. the wolf shows up and tries to trick the kids by saying he is their mother. the kids don't fall for it at first but the wolf eventually outsmarts them and gets into the house.
- resolution
- the wolf gets in the house and eats them one by one. the young one hides from the wolf and is the only survivor of the attack.
- goat mom comes home and finds the youngest one hiding. the young one tells goat mom what happened. she wants revenge for her children. she sees the wolf m open and saves her children who somehow survived in the wolfs stomach.
- the mother puts rocks into the wolfs stomach so he falls over when he gets a drink from the lake. he drowns and the family will jot have to deal with that wolf trying to eat them again
