  • Wow! I didn't know stress can be handled and reduced by techniques! I learned that stress is a natural response to challenging situations, but it can be managed with the correct methods. I realized that avoiding or escaping from a problem only makes things worse, while taking deep breaths and other methods can help me calm down and face the problem head now. Next time I encounter a stressful situation, I can practice positive self talk, taking slow deep breaths, and visualizing me succeeding.
