- Hey! what about us little states we should be able to have equal power with you
- Hey what if we combine both of your plans
- We will have a bicameral legislature which means we will have a government with two houses
- For you larger states, we will have a house that will count how many votes you get based on your population. It will be called the house of Repersentitives
- For you smaller states we will have a house where each state will get an equal amount of votes this house will be called the Senate
- This new plan is fine with me if it's fine with you
- Ok,Ok fine this sound s like a good plan
