- Gametogenesis - literally means “creation of gametes and requires egg and sperm. (meiosis produces gametes and it only happens during sexual reproduction)
- The dna inside the germ line cell is duplicated beforemeiosis begins during the S-phase, and are called as sister chromatids. (sister chromatids remain attached until the 2nd cell division event in meiosis)
- The duplicated sister chromatids will stay fused throughout meiosis I and join together at the centromere. Each pair of homologous chromosomes undergoes synapsis to form two pairs of sister chromatids.
- One night, there were two newly married couples who decided to have children as soon as possible, so they did.
- Chromosomal material is exchanged between the two pairs of sister chromatids (recombination or crossing over). After this, the sister chromatids for each chromosome are no longer identical to one another.
- Unexpectedly, the couple had quadruplets and all are female of gender. The parents noticed that each of their child had a favorite sister of their own which happened to be the one who they share the same thing of favorite color.
- Nuclear membrane begins to break down, then two centrosomes migrate to opposite ends of the cells and microtubules appears and attaches to the chromosomes.
- On the quadruplets' 3rd birthday, the two pairs of close sisters had their favorite colors of onesies worn. Each of the 4 sisters gave their opposite pair a gift to remember their 3rd birthday.
- The chromosomes then again align at the equator of the cell, but more randomly because the sister chromatids are no longer identical.
- The green pair gave the pink pair their favorite green pajamas, while the pink pair gave the green pair their unused pink pajamas. Although they both gave sets of pajamas. Their act of love through giving was very heartwarming and clever to the parents.
- The quadruplets were growing healthily and happy until they were elementery school students. Their favorite color is the same from then. They met new friends which caused them to separate and join the pair they were once opposite with.
- All the quadruplets graduated with flying colors, but with different levels of achievement.
