Humanistic Learning
They're pollinating now Lili. Do you know what pollination is?
Ms. J, um, what are these bees doing?

?
How about we are collecting some information? Then sharing it with your classmates in the classroom?
That's great!I can use the computer and books to search some information.

Rogers believed that the freedom and choice were very important, learner could follow their interests in the learning process! (Churchill et al., 2022).

Bees collect nectar and pollen from flowers to feed themselves and their colonies. And the same time, the flowers rely on bees to spread pollen for reproduction (The Xerces Society, n.d.).That's very interesting!

Through Lili's learning experience, she enjoys discovering, exploring and solving problems. Humanistic Learning Theories support Rogers's idea of Learner-Centred Education. (Churchill et al., 2022, p.81).

Social Learning
Is Lili looking for information?
I can search more information to share with my classmates.
फिसलना: 8
Children learn by observing the behaviours of others. As the book said, Social learning theory could be described as an extension of the behaviourist and cognitive explanations of learning. (Churchill et al., 2022, p.81).
फिसलना: 9
Leo, do you wanna join me to search more information about 'pollination'?
Um... Okay, I think I could have a try Lili.
फिसलना: 10
I find it!We can share our information to better understand it.
I only found a little bit of information about Pollination.

Albert Bandura believed that children not only learn from their teacher, they also can learn from each others. For example, Groups activities, they can share their ideas to improve their own knowledge (Jade Roy, 2019).Furthermore, in a group the motivated student could influence and help an unmotivated student to study (Jade Roy, 2019).

Of course Lili, it looks yummy.
Hi Lucy, I made a sandwich this morning. would you like to have a try?
फिसलना: 13
Really?I'm going to give it a try!
It tastes great! My mum always likes to put some honey in it, it will taste different.
फिसलना: 14
Wow, the sandwich with honey tastes amazing!
फिसलना: 15
In the study of constructivist theory, we understand its significance as absorbing new information within our existing knowledge (Churchill et al., 2022).Here, Lili used a new recipe to make a tastier sandwich.

Constructivism
According to the social constructivists, learner can build up their knowledge through dialogues, group activities and problem-solving tasks (Churchill et al., 2022)
This is a good idea!
I wonder how bees make honey?
Let's go to the library together after class.

As a 21st-century educator, I will integrate Humanistic, Social and Constructivism to actively guide students in discovering, pondering, exploring and solving the problems and also encourage students to develop their own interests and hobbies thus fostering their love for learning. At the same time, as a educator, I will continue to learn, reflect and enhance my professional abilities, striving to create a proactive and dynamic learning environment while also serving as a positive role model for my students.
