  • We mostly use formal speech but sometimes when we are at ease, we speak somewhat informally.

  • Sure! first term is PT which is physical training, second term is Det polo which is the detachment t-shirt, third term is PFD which is Physical Fitness Diagnostic.

  • What is one memorable experience you are proud of and felt that you have reached a higher level?

  • One of my most memorable experiences was leading a team exercise which made me feel like I reached a higher level.
