In this scene, the woman is done shopping and is about to leave the mall, but accidentally bumps into someone on the way down the escalator because of a puddle of water, causing them to drop all their stuff,
In this scene the woman have a conversation
OMG! All of my groceries are ruined!!!!! What happened!?
I am so sorry!!! There was a puddle and- I am so sorry, it was completely my fault!
Don't worry, I can see the puddle there and I know it is not your fault. I can always get more groceries and didn't need them that much anyway!
In this scene, the woman had a good conversation, and have no hard feelings. Then after, they go their separate ways.
