Story Board Project

Hello, my name is Luke, and I will be telling you about the meet and greet we are having with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Our goal is to attract as many people as possible to come and support St. Jude Charity.
To measure the success of our event, we will be counting how many tickets were sold, how much money we received in donations, and how many times our mobile app was downloaded.
The events team will consist of the project manager (Halen), venue/show floor (Jerial), Scheduling (Walker), Creative Design (Parker), Marketing and communications (Jack), Check-in (Joey), and Sponsorships (Ruben)
To offset some of the costs that this event offers, the Steelers organization has provided the money to purchase food and rent tables and chairs. St. Judes has offered us the money in order to rent out the mall area for the 3 hours that our event is taking place.
Our event will use an app, in which you can buy your tickets on, and when you get to the event, you show the person working the front desk and they will let you in. From this app, you will also be able to see what players and coaches are there, and press a button on your favorite ones in order to make them a priority for you to go see.
To attract guests to come to our event, we have been putting up signs and billboards for people to see as they are on the street. Also, we have been sending out emails to people who have had work done with St. Judes in order to let them know that we are having and event that is supporting them.
