- Hello! For the second person I will be interviewing, I am here with my mom and we're going to ask her about her work experience
- Can you tell me something about yourself?
- Hi! I am Beverly Masangkay and I used to work in a fine dining restaurant as a kitchen staff
- So miss Beverly, I would like to ask you what kind of training have you been through as a restaurant staff
- This is what we called on the job training or OJT wherein we do observations, hands-on experience and complete tasks under the supervision of training manager, co-worker or outsource prof. trainer.
- It is under the Hands-on training. method
- Do you think it has helped you in your career?
- Absolutely yes! It helped me improve my performance, prepare me for any future position, and helped reduced customer complaints.
- So would you say that the training method is effective for you?
- Yes, because aside the fact that it enhanced my skills, it also helped improve productivity
- Wow! It is definitely great to have a proper training.
- Also may I add, better performance from employee typically creates less need for supervision and brings increase worker output
