- Diane was getting ready for school while trying to recall the concepts for her chem test today that is gonna be considered a big part of her grade, she was a little stressed but was well prepared.

- her friends jasmine and maddie had come to pick her up for school. Imediatlly diane and jasmine start dissusing about the chemistry test and they saw that maddie looked a little confused about what they were saing and diane asked her whats wrong and thn what she said left them both shook..........

- MADDIE THE TEST ON CLASSIFICATION OF MATTER HOW COULD YOU FORGET!!!!!

- Okay lets start, so firstly matter is dived into 2 types PURE and MIXTURES and were gonna be focusing on Mixtures, so mixtures can be of 2 types homogeneous and heterogenous.................
- RIGHT! got it also i remember elements and compounds under pure substances
- yea and then we have SOLUTIONS which are homogenous whereas  SUSPENSIONS and COLLIDIAL mixtures are heterogenous

- yes and an example of a suspension is muddy water and an example of a colloidal solution is fog.
- okay so an example of a solution is lemonade 
- suspension and colloidal solutions are heterogeneous but the particles of a suspension can be seen by the naked eye whereas colloidal solutions particles cant be seen by naked eye and colloidal solution also show the tyndall effect
