- Marry i really find it very unecesary for me to explaine this to you, becouse the post it is not applicable to women it is only for men, it is really imposible for a women like you to manage Spar,

- one of Spar employees (Marry) vissited Isac her senior to find out about the post that has been advertised on the Spar noticeboard and website, since the are not enough details on the post.
- Mr Isac i really find it very unfair when you tell Marry that the post that that has been advertised by Spar is only for men. that is really agaist the law (equality Act 2006 part 2) so if it happend that Marry has the requiment needed, she has every right to apply for that post.
- ohh really Tom ? ohk then now i really understand your argument and i was really unfair for depriving her from this new post, i then promise to give her a chance so that she can proves her selfs.

- Tom decided to call the meeting with Isac and Marry to discuss this problem. after Tom analysed it he then concluded that Marta has been discriminated . Employment equality (sexual orientation regulation 2003)
- Marry really apreciates what Tom did, and Tom is telling her that that is really his role as the Spar Shop steward to protect Spar Employees from unfeir treatment.
- After Marry was represented by Tom, she was then impressed by Toms role of being a shop steward, she then ask Tom if she can join the union.
