  • SCOTT (17) is in front of the classroom giving a presentation.
  • 4. INT. CLASSROOM - DAY
  • MADDY (17) walks into the classroom and tries to sneak on by MR BROOKS (36) is disappointed that she has interrupted a speech.
  • 5. INT. CLASSROOM - DAY
  • MR BROOKS: Where have you been?Maddy shrugs off Mr Brooks and sits down. Scott hasn’t taken his eyes off of her since she walked in.MR BROOKS: Carry on, Scott.
  • 6. INT. CLASSROOM - DAY
  • SCOTT: So yeah, in conclusion, theconclusion is um...Scott develops a sweat and fixes up his glasses. Theclassmates begin to chuckle. Maddy has not even looked up tosee what is going on. Mr Brooks gives the students a sternlook.
  • Scott goes to speak but instead lets out a high pitchedsqueak. Everyone laughs at Scott as he walks out of theroom. JIMMY (17) chases after him.
  • JIMMY: Scott, if she means that much toyou then you have to tell her.SCOTT: Yeah, you’re right. Scott runs off down the corridor.JIMMY: Don’t do anything stupid though!
