- this scene is when Lilly tells her parents that she think she is a girl and her dad gets mad. Because he wants to have a boy not a girl. But also he thinks that the hormone blockers cost to much. this also show how much her mom cares for her to even get it for her when dad dose not want to. this relates to lgbtq because this show that her dad dose not support her in her decisions. she think is female just in the wrong body.
- this is where the bullies of the school take of lilly pants to see what under there of course she had not start the sugarys yet so then. when it was done they said "he is a boy but barely." and then walked away laughing. this relates to lgbtq because this shows when you are transgender or going to be you still get assaulted when your minding your own business
- this a scene where the bullies make fun of tommy/lilly because she has long hair. since the bullies do this alot so they probably think this a trieing task making fun of lilly.this relates to lgbtq. because this shows showing who you really are some time ends badly because before her dad finally said yes she was still trying to show it through her hair whitch is long.
